The chapel sign is elegant, laden with real gold leaf. For the gift shop, a portrait of Alma Fringer, the dynamic first Auxiliary president and wife of the hospital's first doctor, is installed in a focal-point niche, inviting hospital visitors to enter the shop and honoring this crucial Fundraising arm of the medical center.
